Even when the Leafs won some games, they were getting horribly outshot. A couple of cases, it was a ratio of 2:1 or very close to it. They don't have enough offense (two kids are leading this team for crying out loud) and after some injuries, they still cannot find the depth. Never heard of some of their new guys, McClement, who? Where are they getting these guys? These are stone-hand, 4th line NHLers (read: AHLers) and these guys are not going to be the nucleus of this team.

Rebuilding is not a bad idea at this point and they do have a few bluechip prospects that are earning their job so far in Kadri and Frattin. But, their veterans, MacArthur, Grabovski, Kulemin, et al. have looked average most nights. Kessel took forever to score and Bozak is not a 1st line center. This team has a LONG way to go and to try to build around what they have now is a bit more than laughable.
