If Jeff Woywitka played any games for the Flyers this year he would have been exploited right off the bat. He struggled in the AHL early in the season! He'll be a decent NHL d-man, but nothing special.
I just can't understand how the vast majority of people, Flyer's fans and Oiler's fans, feel that this deal was either fair or slanted towards Philly, and your acting like we were robbed blind.
The Flyers received 23-year old, inexpensive, 30-goal scorer, with the potential to produce much more without giving up a roster player. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE??? "Mr. Negativity" says it all, it was a good trade, get over it.
