I agree that we have had a lack of confidence in him, but you can't fault him in a game where we didn't score until after he was pulled.

And you most certainly cannot fault him for a minute and a half 5 on 3 with Pittsburghs power play on the ice. I mean, sure it looked like he could have had that shot, but there was another 30-40 seconds on the 5 on 3 or so when it went in. You cannot expect your goaltender to save you on a 5 on 3 with that team. They are so dangerous, even if he manages to make that save and the rebound goes out it could have went in, or they could have set up and scored again on the rest of the powerplay. If your looking for blame for this goal, look no further then Mark Stuart who decides to stick his stick between Kris Letangs legs while he's skating like that's an effective move. Redmond's penalty was an absolute joke of a call and the zebras weren't calling the same thing on the Pens the whole game.

This teams just not that good, we need someone we can turn to when the offense isn't working who can go out and create chances themselves and get momentum going. We could also use a goalscorer, because we have none. Kane is a PWF that can score, but he is far from a goal scorer imo.
