He's not being outplayed. SYR PP hasn't been great this year which is Barbs bread
and butter. I have no doubt he'll be in the NHL at some point. He may take too much risk offensively and get caught out of position at times. Very good at carrying the puck up the ice and making a good first pass. Very good O minded dman.
