Blackhawks fans were complaining when I was standing in line to enter the game for Blackhawks/Coyotes. But the problem is, I don't know if most people know what to do when you enter the arena. It's pretty simple, have keys/phone/wallet out - and expect to have them look at your big purse if you are a female. I get through the detector and the scanner of tickets no problem, it's the people that show up and don't know what to expect when entering that are the problem IMO.
