You will see Depres is much more of problem than Malkin. Also note with penalties, it is much more important to judge based on NET penalties. You want players who draw more penalties than they take.

Now is Malkin still a problem considering he draws 1 more penalty / 60min than he takes? (considering this is near the top in net penalties on the team)

With that noted, our two biggest whipping boys are the 2 rookie defenders (Depres and Bortz). Defenders usually take more penalties than they draw, so it is a minor quibble. They should still be working on better discipline and putting themselves in proper position to "take less" as well.
