It's usually Brookstreet, the Chateau Laurier or the Westin, but I think most stay at Brookstreet now. They aren't going to tell people over the phone about a team staying there though, as I'm sure they have had problems with stupid fans causing scenes and disrupting the team within the hotel. Staying downtown is better, but in terms of being closer to the rink Brookstreet is better. There are a couple hotels (Country Suites and a Holiday Inn) closer to the stadium, but aren't as nice obviously.
