I agree the business side is awful I just sent an e-mail to Yormark stating as much, but I got my refund on 2/4 so if you haven't got yours something is screwed up. This is also my last year as a season ticket holder I love hockey and the Panthers but I'll use stub hub and save a lot of money next year. You would think as bad as the on ice product is they would treat their season ticket owners a whole lot better.
