there have been rumblings in Winnipeg
that the team is still struggling with establishing an identity since the franchise moved north from Atlanta. Bringing in a powerful voice like Ruff would immediately change that. After struggling on the road last year, the Jets have been surprisingly weak at home (3-5) in what was one of the toughest buildings to play in last season. Ruff is a good Western Canadian, which would play well in Winnipeg.

I have not heard nor read anything about it
