Yes, in fact it is the one thing he does very well. He is an excellent penalty killer and is one of the fastest skaters on the team.
Murray has looked terrible. He looks like a guy who's play style does not fit in the team he is playing on anymore. You want Murray if you want a solid defensive defensemen who is nearly impossible to knock down and throws some of the biggest hits you have ever seen. If you want someone who can skate, or has any form of offense, you don't want him.
