As well the Spits have played 8 home games and 12 road games in this segment, interestingly during the 1st half of year they were very good at home and terrible
on the road, for the most the reverse has occurred, last 12 road games spits are 5-6-0-1
and 4-4 at home
That's average hockey which is sadly what they played most of the year. As I said before as much blame Windsor gets for not making it. The Spirit deserve more credit, over the past 7 weeks they have won over 70% of their hockey games maybe 75% and they earned their playoff spot. Heck even last night they beat Kitchener 6-3 and 5 of the goals were scored by Shaw x2, Sadowy, Trafford and Glass. Ross, Locke, Lodge, Moutrey combined for 2 points. Give all the credit to Saginaw for how they have played.
