Look. That's the point. Swedish companies with international market are the ones who would sponsor a KHL team. For sure also local sponsors from the KHL team's home town but the other companies from Sweden can concentrate on sponsoring Elitserien teams.

Then regarding MHL:

There is no need for a KHL team from Scandinavia to have an own team in MHL. They also could just let ther junior players stay in the domestic youth leagues and maybe send a couple of guys to play in an already existing MHL team.
