It's getting to the point where I think the only thing keeping the Hawks and Sharks from being considered true rivals is the lack of playoff series between the two. (The 2010 WCF sweep obviously wasn't enough)

The players don't like each other, but the games haven't been important enough where that really becomes a story.

A shame too, since I always thought of the Sharks as the Hawks' cousins in California. Lots of ties to Chicago in that organization from top to bottom.
