And Pirri and Morin aren't rotting in the AHL. Morin missed alot of time with a concussion and Pirri still needs to work on his defensive game. They're supposed to be down there, working on their games. That's the point of the AHL. I don't doubt that's what Morin's doing, but Pirri's shown very little progression defensviely over the past 2 seasons. Which is especially sad, because you can bet Chicago's developmental staff are telling him that's what he needs to work on.
I assume you know because you've been watching the RFD games?

In the RFD games I took in before the lockout ended, the entire RFD team looked rather blase. Up here, Leddy, Kruger and Shaw are playing much better, so what's the harm in promoting Pirri, if for only 1 or 2 games while Bolland heals, to see what he can do?
