Don't see these guys getting a lot of love for the orchestrating they do, so let's give them some credit.

Who do you think is coaching the best right now? And by that I mean, who has managed to connect the best with his players and motivate them in addition to making good coaching decisions.

I've always liked Boudreau and I think he's doing a fantastic job. More by happenstance than anything I've watched his career for a good number of years and I think he's really efefctive at connecting with players. His style just seems to jive and with the right group they enjoy the flexibility he gives.
