Determination, also I think that Tatar benefited from the last years World Champ. Slovakia is currently playing a lot of young guys which was not the case before mainly because of a lack of good prospects years however recently 95 and 96 is looking as a very strong year. (Reway, Dano, Cehlarik Koys and many more)
