Gleed is a year older, and there's a huge difference between pro and college level. O'Byrne has everything you need to be a successful pro... Look at the Hobey Baker curse. It's not a shot at O'Byrne to say he wasn't the best Cornell d-man...

O'Byrne, by all accounts, has been a success thus far in his development. Gleed is a character d-man with limited upside, O'Byrne is fulfilling some of the promise that made him a 3rd rounder in a deep 2003 class as a Tier II 18 year old junior.
