Could this happen?
  • Phoenix moves to Seattle
  • Quebec + Hamilton are 2 new teams both placed in the East
  • Detroit & Columbus then both go back west

??? Another new team in the West ??? (with mentioned possible locations being Milwaukee, Kansas City, Portland, Houston, Regina, Anchorage and Las Vegas) seems unrealistic at the time IMO

But having 2 teams jump back & forth like this is certainly not favorable either

Maybe Winnipeg goes out West and Colorado stays in the Midwest?
Would make for a total of 9 Canadian teams - all put in 2 divisions...
Keeps the Colorado - Detroit rivalry too...
