I find most sticks now all have oval or tapered ends which makes it hard to find any kind of blade to put in them. I tend to grab scraped sticks and put ABS blades into the butt-end of them for ball hockey sticks. It flips the kick points on the shaft since your using the butt-end for a blade, but it works for ball hockey.
