It's pretty depressing that the Bills roster costs $10 million more than New Englands.
They currently have 20 million free with Byrd. Expect Fitzpatrick to get a reduction in pay and perhaps Smith gets cut bringing it up to 30. They could resign Levitre and still get a top end WR and sign their draft picks no problem
