Yes there are problems with the team as a whole but Elliott needs to take blame for his own piss poor performance. And if players stopped "buying in" to Hitchcock, it probably occurred when he was doing everything he could to tapdance around the terrible play of Elliott to point his finger at the rest of the team. He lost a ton of credibility in my eyes during that stretch.
