Been a while since I checked in here. I’m new to the EPL, started watching this season with some friends. Adopted Tottenham as my club at the start of the year and obviously that’s paying off pretty good for me. Happy to say I’ve been loving it all season. I gather it doesn’t usually go this well for the Spurs. Being a fan of the Buffalo Bills in the NFL and New York Mets in baseball, it really feels like I’m being set up for a major letdown such as falling out of the Champions League (I’m a Blue Jackets fan too, but you have to be built up, to be let down so they don’t apply here).
Is this so, are Spurs playing above their heads, or does anyone think Spurs can hold on to a top 4 spot this year? It'd be awesome if they could scrape their way up to #2.
