That's true... that, and Chicagoans just don't eat a lot of seafood. That's a meat and potatoes town if I've ever seen one.



Actually, I might be more inclined to trust a chain up by you guys... because at least you know all their food is frozen and coming from one of their warehouses.
I was a butcher/fish monger at Jewel for two years. Any place that doesn't have fresh shrimp within a 100 miles more than likely/should use frozen shrimp.

Also, perch is the worst smelling fish. Seriously, it starts to REEK two days before it goes bad.
