From watching both play in the OHL, I would say that neither is above the other. Wilson and Biggs are both borderline top-6 players and I would certainly be more comfortable projecting them as top9 forwards.

Personally, I have watched Wilson play over a handful of times this season and I still don't see a whole lot of offensive skillset to dub him a top-6 player. I prefer Biggs to Wilson at this point in time (and I have never been a Biggs fan but he is growing on me)
