Of those on the list...Leopold is the one who would get traded being a UFA after this season and Buffalo has young Dmen in their system who are NHL ready now.

Regehr has a no movement clause in his contract. He would have to request a trade to a cup contended. He may do this if he felt this was his final season. As a courtesy Buffalo will give him away for a 4th or lower to a team like Pittsburgh, Boston, Vancouver, Chicago, Anaheim, and other cup contenting teams.

Scott and Hecht---nobody would touch them.
Scott was traded for just last year (or maybe the year before that). Still, I doubt he moves, or the Sabres try to move him.
