I wouldn't call it "no adjustment" as it was more of a thing where it was letting the team taking the foot off the gas pedal.
There were 35 minutes after we all thought 'uh oh, this isn't working any more' where he should have adjusted it. He did nothing. He has the tactical awareness of a cannonball. He shouldn't be coaching above peewee level quite frankly, His Plan B is Plan A again.
