Can you give me a list of heavy ab workouts?

I just wanted abs when I started this ****. That was my goal and I felt it was realistic. Now it's likely impossible.

And I know it's funny you say that def one of the reasons I'm so "compatible" with the girl I'm seeing.

It sucks man having to wake up to what you have and feel like nothings changed.
