Giroux is out of his element as captain and he will get turned on pretty quick. Then he will be shipped out. This organization keeps throwing their young guys into the fire when they aren't ready, they did it with Richards and now with Giroux. Lavi did it with Bob 2 years ago when he played him into the ground. It's like they don't have the ability to look at the big picture. You look at the Leafs and the way Kadri is being handled right now, he is on fire but his minutes are still being managed and he's not being put on the top line even though he's playing well enough to get that as a reward.

The fact that you think Richards has no heart is absolutely laughable.
