Not saying there are not better deals out there or being mentioned here. The Yandle deal proposed above I think is extremely compelling depending on how it would balance out with +/-'s from ether side. But that deal above from Pitt, you may say they'd have to add another piece/element, but it isn't just "pieces" as you called it.
