Hire a good coach.

I think the Sabres have been miscasting players for a long time, putting them in roles they are/were not comfortable in. That's on Ruff mostly, but also Darcy.

It always comes back to getting players that fit your beloved "system"...or changing your system to play to your roster's strengths..
