Look at the history of successful teams. Be it the OHL, WHL or QMJHL, young players need to play, and mostly fail in order to learn how to be better. Its been the case with most successful teams. London trading all their vets and giving their young cast an opportunity to fail was a key reason to them being successful last year and years moving forward.

That said, it sounds like your personally connected, which is never a good thing for unbiased observations.
