When I bumped this thread, I was taking a jab at the people who were calling him “useless”, “charlatan”, “buyout candidate”. It was not directed toward the posters who saw flaws in his game: the guy is not perfect. There is only one perfect player on hfboards: Eller!
(*1) On any given night, any of our top 3 lines can act as the #1. Beside the tough minutes line (Plekanec’s), the labels #2 line and #3 line are interchangeable in Montreal. It’s one of our main forces.
