Bourque-Legwand-Erat
Smith-Fisher-Kostitsyn
Boychuk/Butler-Spaling-Halischuk
Clune-Gaustad-Yip
Butler/Boychuk

The main premise is to get two guys with talent who aren't quite performing up to snuff (Smith and Kostitsyn) together and letting their skills complement each other, with Fisher in the middle as the hard-nosed garbage goal guy. You put Bourque, a guy who has established potential for goals, with probably your two best healthy forwards and hope that clicks. From there, Spaling slides back in as the third line center of a strong forechecking third line with Halischuk and either Butler or Boychuk (probably Butler, since he's stronger on his skates), and Clune-Gaustad-Yip is Barry Trotz's favorite kind of line -the big, beefy energy line that goes out and throws the other team around a bit.
