I hope he sticks with the wrister and just learns to use it more frequently. Lidstrom primarily used his wrister, and with amazing success. Brodin has great aim, that sucker frequently gets on net, he just needs to be a little more assertive with it.
To me, it wasn't just the wrister with Lidstrom, it was his slapshot through traffic that ALWAYS was on goal. So many of his points were assists off rebounds and goals through incredibly tight windows from his slap shot. Easily the most accurate point shot I have ever seen. If Brodin can add that to his game, it's going to be even more fun to watch.
