I don't think "his system" is effective and maybe he needs a different tactic/approach to actually win games (and not those wins by the skin of our teeth or pure luck, I'm talking about actual real wins). The game shouldnt be all about politics and who he likes and who he doesn't, maybe thats why the team doesnt seem to be meshing well together this year. Something just doesn't seem right.
