yeah, you did.
TSN (from your link)
TSN’s audience of 2.8 million for the game was the highest audience ever recorded for an NHL game on TSN
RDS’ audience of 1.9 million
represents an impressive 51% share of the Quebec-Franco market and was the top-ranked French network in all key advertising demographics. RDS’ average for the
Montreal-Washington series was 1.34 million over seven games
TSN’s average audience for each of its first round playoff series is as follows:
Montreal-Washington (7 games on TSN) – 1.8 million
Detroit-Phoenix (7 games on TSN) – 811,000
Chicago-Nashville (5 games on TSN) – 777,000
New Jersey-Philadelphia (4 games on TSN) – 545,000
he Ottawa Senators/Pittsburgh Penguins matchup, featuring Nova Scotia native Sidney Crosby, drew an average audience of two million, followed by Colorado/San Jose (825,000) and Buffalo/Boston (736,000).
The highest average HNIC single-game audience of 2.948 million tuned into Game 6 between the Senators and Penguins, who overcame a 3-0 deficit to post a 4-3 overtime victory on Saturday night.
i've bolded the problem. it's RDS. Montreal is always going to be a bad or at least risky pick for cbc or tsn when a third of the fanbase chooses to watch in french.
