Yeah, one superstar drafted late per team is more than fair. How many teams have multiple Hall of Famers at the same time whom they drafted in later round or even in the first.round.outside of the top-5?

We got our superstar in Lundqvist, we've gotten a second Nash for a bunch of guys we acquired with our second round draft picks, and we have a bunch of other high quality guys with later picks (Callahan, Stepan, Hagelin), not to mention the undrafted star in Girardi.
