The best thing to happen to Ryder in his career was to find Claude on his path.
Ryder earned his spot with the habs. He has worked very hard to get where he is right now. I am sure that he would be the first to admit that playing for Julien in the past has helped him tremendously. Just do some research as to the adversities he has had to endure especially during his time with the Citidels in Quebec. He brings his heart to the game every night, win or lose, and he gives his all. There are a lot of players on the Habs who should try his work ethics.
