I honestly don't blame people for not going. Until baseball gets a salary cap like hockey, it's a fake sport imo. What happened in Montreal, and in other small markets is unnecessary. They're going to make their money anyway and it's obvious the players will get their money as well, judging from the results in other sports.

And baseball can afford a pretty large cap too. Maybe 80-100 million. It's just when some teams can afford to get over that level and others can't that it becomes stupid.
