I agree that Matteo works hard and has some skill and is an easy call-up, but I don't think anything is being held against because of his name. If he wasn't a Ciccarelli, would he have even been drafted by any other team? Unfortunately if players are in positions because of their name, then it is expected they should be truly good enough to be there. Nothing against the kid at all because I think he is a great kid, but we need to be realistic here.
