Used to have some rituals, now we only get 3 minutes tops to hit the rink and get going prior to puck drop. I do a couple sprints, take a knee and a few one-legged split squats for a nice warmup, and rip a few at our goalie or empty net if he's stretching. Not all of that happens every single time anymore, but usually that's the way it goes.
