The Bruins have enough third and fourth liners in Axelsson, Lapointe, Green, Grosek, McCarthy, Donato, and Zamuner (who they just waived because there wasn't any room for him) among others. They wouldn't want Hinote or Moore.
Lapointe does have one more year on his contract after this season. I would be surprised to see him traded at this point only because he has essentially adopted Patrice Bergeron. There was an article in the newspaper recently about how the rookie has been living with Lapointe and his family and how Marty has taken Patrice under his wing. What kind of message would it send if management dealt away someone who brings the character and leadership of Lapointe?

I think a deal revolving around just Skoula and Gill would be better for both sides. The Avs get their big, stay-at-home defenseman and the B's get their offensive PP quarterback...both sides are happy. Maybe a mid round pick would go to Colorado to make up for the age and salary differences.
