Ratto and Drew were being civil to each other and Drew agreed that TMac and the coaches tried to shift this team's core playing style away from speed to grind, but the core (Jumbo & Patty) rejected the shift because they still think they can out-skate opponents.

It was the most honest I've heard Drew talking about the Sharks in a while. He was semi-agreeing with Ratto that the coaches aren't the problem. The (two) players who can't buy into a new style are the problem.
That's interesting, too bad the players were right. Grind it out ****ing sucks ****ing donkey ****. All it does is grind out our offense.

The players basically are asking the coaches to realize they need to play uptempo and take ****ing plugs like Murray and Handzus out of the game.
