Not sold that the Dal/Pitt trade made Iginla's price go way up. Chicago doesn't need Iginla, so they aren't going to offer the moon for him, and LA - well I'm not sure what they have to offer up - they are the former SC winners so they have to be pretty confident with their team as is. Bruins IMO can put together the best package and might not have to offer as much as if Pitt was involved, plus there is only 1 team in the East left and I think Calgary would prefer he goes to the East instead. Also, there is NO way Calgary would ever get Spooner and Kokhlachev out of Boston. Wouldn't be surprised either if there is already a trade in place, and for it to be announced tonight or tomorrow and that' why Pitt went after Morrow. Bruins play MTL at home Wednesday, tonight is the wrap up of Calgary's road trip I believe, and next weekend Bruins set out for a road trip. The ideal timing would be for the Bruins to get a deal done for Iginla soon.
