Women seem to have a harder time shedding weight than guys do (iirc it's something to do with guys relatively higher muscle mass and it's ability to use calories) and if i have to shed some it's fairly easy for winter my snack to exercise ratio is not what it should be, but as long as i stick to daytime eating of fairly good to neutral foods I can eat whatever i want for supper and still lose weight. Stay away from over-processed **** and you should be fine. use spices and herbs so you don't get bored with what you're eating. plus **** like black pepper helps your body absorb more nutrients, so add it to everything. Tumeric is also killer. I've heard it said if you allow yourself a cheat food you're going to be more successful than people who try to play it strict. Mine is Starbucks lattes.
