Think of how foolish and disruptive to move two franchises East only to move one of them West again so soon? We've been over this ad nauseum. No need again.

Hard too think of any plan that looks well developed and thought out, staying or going.
I think that the likelihood of the Coyotes staying is all about the options and contingency plans. The NHL is in the driver's seat. If they want to keep the team in Glendale (at least for the next few years), they could certainly broker some arrangement with Glendale and potential owners.
