Some really solid realistic trades... Stastny for Yandle is especially one I could see happening for real...

I have been the busiest I think so some breakdown:

/

Peter Mueller (81) Scottie Upshall (79) for Ales Hemsky (83) Ryan Jones (79)

Oilers move out two near-UFAs for younger cheaper controlled assets... Panthers get a good fill-in for Vertseeg on first line right now in Hemsky and a good 4th liner

/

Andy McDonald (81) Ian Cole (76) STL 1st '13 for Brian Campbell (83/50% salary) Shawn Matthias (76)

The only way Panthers were going to get full value for Campbell was taking hit on his contract... with plenty of cap space to come $3.6M not a major concern for four years... Florida also addresses 1C/2C spot with McDonald today... Cole and Matthias are an even swap

Blues acquire top-tier offensive D to give them maybe deepest D in West (Shattenkirk, Pietrangelo, Polak, Campbell, Jackman)

/

Marcel Goc (79) for CAR 2nd '13 and Keegan Lowe (N/A)

Canes shore up C depth for a pick and a prospect buried in their pipeline... Lowe is perfect future gritty bottom pair guy that Panthers can slot in one day soon.

/

Filip Kuba (83) for COL 3rd '13

Avs pick up veteran D depth to help fill holes with their big moves today... Panthers get a future in a deep draft
