He may well be on the hotseat, but it's a shambolic display by those skaters. A coach can only 'rah-rah' their players so much. If they can't show up for a road game, already trailing a series 2-0 and show no energy and emotion, I don't know how much falls on the coach.

11 straight playoff losses isn't a record any coach would like to have.
I agree that the players need to do something, but Molleken is responsible for the preparation and to start the game on time. Also this hasn't been going on for just one or two playoffs, but between 3-5 years. Remember when they traded for Schenn, ultimately lose in the second round. Molleken has got to be on the hot seat and the only way I see the Blades keeping him if they have an average Memorial Cup (if they have a poor run he's definitely gone), is only in the GM position.
