Just like making a good chili. Add this, taste it, I like it, but it could use this. Now taste it, alright we got some zing, but it could really use that. Then throw it in the freezer for a couple months and see how it really turns out. Could be just okay, but it could be amzaing.
If it's the former, you can always make new chili in the summer with some new and different imported spices, or even better, tryout those home grown peppers you planted last fall.
Wow I really confused myself, and really want chili bad.
Anyways point is, no major trades, keep the core and tweak what we have to.
