Only because we know the Flyers aren't making the playoffs this year? Haha. The Marian Hossa clause could be in effect, but the one thing that makes this Pitt team so daunting with both Morrow and Iginla (and Murray knocking people around on the back end) is they're such a good grinding team. If there were blue-collar additions to a white-collar club, I'd be cynical. But they are exactly what the Bruins needed and they got both guys. Yikes. You hope the balance of competition will punish them for grabbing all the candy, and it's possible the Bruins are up to the task if they -- for instance -- got Clowe in that third-line LW spot, Kelly came back, Pevs sllid to RW and never looked back so Boston had a third line again, and a veteran PMD would be nice. Let's not forget the Bruins are trying to break another mold this year, by trying to win the Cup with a rookie in their top four. Last team to accomplish that? Maybe the Flyers with Jimmy Watson in '74?
